Chris is a Performance Trainer and native of the Santa Clarita Valley, graduating from Valencia High in 2007.
After playing baseball at College of the Canyons, Chris moved to Houston, TX to continue his search for answers in improving throwing velocity at the Texas Baseball Ranch where he studied under Ron Wolforth and Lee Fiocchi, a Houston-based strength coach.
Understanding the importance of developing strength to maintain health and continue his playing career, Chris strove to learn how advances in science could help alter an athlete's longevity. Chris then played his remaining years at Oklahoma Baptist University while dedicating his academic studies to Exercise Science and Physiology.
Since 2013, Chris has worked as a Performance Coach where he has practiced applying science based research and principles to his athletes in an effort to help them obtain sport-specific, functional strength and health.
He has worked with athletes who come from varying backgrounds in athletics, from professionals in baseball to the amateur multi-sport athlete.
